SAI1 is a Cyprus corporation established and headed by Dr. Socrates Ioannides. Dr. Ioannides is an experienced professional in the international construction industry, with a 50-year expertise spanning various sectors such as steel structures, seismic design, design of high rise projects and project management. He has worked on numerous large-scale projects globally including residential, healthcare and commercial, contributing to the planning, execution, and management of complex construction ventures. Dr. Ioannides is known for his strategic approach, technical knowledge, and ability to navigate cross-cultural and regulatory challenges in the construction field. His work often emphasizes innovative solutions tailored to the evolving needs of the industry. Although SOCRATES RESIDENCES is his first development project in Cyprus he has been the Structural engineer for notable projects in Cyprus such as the Wargaming headquarters, The Nicosia Mall and The Uni-Halls.
